Can't say I've got any suggestions I'm afraid Kirst!  Its just one of those problems that you come across from time to time.  The extra tray may help... or even perhaps using s different style of tray... i.e. like a covered one with door???  if say Beavis will use it and not the other 2???

just a thought! good luck!! ;)

Its probably not that hes unneutered just that Beavis has no desire to share a tray with the 2 imposters!!

Yes , Gizzy is only a baby - hes 13 weeks so hes a bit little to be neutered , likewise he's not allowed outside yet much to his (and his brothers) disgust!!
Believe me , as soon as they are old enough they are off to the vets..................poor Beavis is fed up with his cat-flaps only opening one way :evillaugh:

Ah right, I thought Gizzy was an adult cat - in which case, that explains why there is no smell then.

Why would it take 2 months to be neutered?

Gizzy is only about 12 weeks old I think Desley

Why would it take 2 months to be neutered? teh smell normally takes a week or two to disappear after.

I think I would struggle to keep him seperate for another 2 months.......................luckily the wee doesnt smell to us (yet!) buit to Beavis is must smell stronger!  :-:

Maybe I will just have to keep making sure Beavis has a clean try when we needs it! :tired:

Only advice is keeping Gizzy separate till he is neutered, this will also help with that unneutered tom wee smell in the house, and it can take a while to die down afterwards.

Litter tray problems..............

We have three litter trays for three cats  , but Gizzy insists on using all three! Now as he is as yet un-neutared his wee obviously in some way repellant to Beavis as he will NOT use any tray that has been used by either of the kittens , so i am on a constant litter changing round!

Any Ideas?
