Will take some more pix today just of the cat proofing so you can have a look.  Paving stones are coming up this week and grass going down though he does have a little patch near the back gate and a pot too.

Thanks so much Chrissie and for anyone out there who doesn't know, Chrissie and Charlie are just lovely.

S & J both fell completely under the spell of Charlie and understand exactly why Chrissie is so protective and fond of him.  He is definitely a darling.  'Charlie's me darlin' me darlin, me darlin'...' :Luv:

Roz's troops have finished catproofing the garden and Charlie and I have spent a lovely afternoon out there together.  He was a little nervous venturing round at first, I think because he has been housebound for several weeks but has now scented everywhere to reclaim his territory.  He has tried to get out three times so far without success and seems to be accepting it, ie he is not going crazy or anything.

Would like to publicly thank Roz and Steve and Julian for all their help and patience with this neurotic cat mummy and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of catproofing their garden.
