Lol, proves the point that cats read minds! I was actually surprised when Amber started sleeping in the cat bed I bought, none of our cats before would ever sleep in their proper beds!

They're beautiful boys Helen, I can't believe how much they've grown  :Luv2:

I have come to the conclusion that all cats are mindreaders ... we have a cat chaise lounge that I won in a Gourmet competition, and Bertie only ever sits on it within days of me and OH having a regular conversation about how we really ought to get rid of it because it takes up space and none of the cats sleeps on it.  I also bought a cat bed from Felix with my tokens and we can't throw it out because Bella sleeps on it approximately twice a year  :rofl: :rofl:

Helen, Nina has the same trick! Everytime i threaten to throw out "her" cardboard box (padded on the inside with cushions and blankets) she sleeps in it!  :) Doesn't go near it any other time, but then when she is stretched out in the sun i can't bring myself to deprive her  :Luv:

I think Lukey was sensing that I was still oohm-ing and aah-ing about selling their most favouritist bed in the whole wide world from under them while they were sleeping, he had to get in on the act the bed too for the first time ever :evillaugh:

No, they've stopped making them quite a while ago so the only place is ebay really.  There's two on there at the moment...  The last ones sold on there went for £45, £46, £48 & £31.

I bought one for £16 in a closing down sale about 18 months ago. I also bought a tower for £24. Both were ignored completely  :tired:

Luckily, I got £40 for the bed on Ebay and the tower is now in a fostering pen so no harm done  :)

I refuse to buy any more stuff.

I also have several ignored beds and a peek-a-prize which Alice rubs her face against  :tired:

Yep , same here....I had a bean bag , Fredcat commandeered it. I buy a new bean bag and give Fredcat my old one at a cost of £70. He studiously ignores it! >:(

Mine do that all the time. We have so many beds for them and from time to time I'll decide some ofthem have got to go....which is when they become a firm favourite!

The boys were very lucky and got a Whiskas cat head bed for Christmas.  They're discontinued so quite hard to get hold of and I saw one go for £80 on ebay just before Xmas  :Crazy:

Anyway, the bed has been studiously ignored.  I should have known really as I bought one for Tiggy when they first came out and she showed it the same level of contempt so I sold her one for more than I paid for it on ebay  :evillaugh:  Last night I decided that I was going to put the boys' one on ebay as they NEVER go near it, let alone sleep in it.

Where did I find Riley a few minutes ago?  :innocent: How did he know?!
