Funnily enough I just did my order and got some
I would have been peed off if I hadn't as I always forget something
I also got (amongst many other things) some Hill's food for joints for Alice - hopefully she will eat it

If fur balls are causing constipation then it should help but I am no expert!

She won't eat the Tiger senior. I will try again but she leaves it. I buy 3 boxes to mix & match with whiskas senior. I think the senior food is helping her as it is easier to digest and her poos are firmer which I guess in turn helps keep her anal glands clear?

I use Perfect Fit and Asda Tiger Senior for high fibre wet foods - the Perfect Fit Active Beef is the highest I have found at 2.1, followed by Asda Tiger Senior at 2, I think Perfect Fit indoor is 1.5, but I dont have any in.

Thanks - I will get some when I go shopping - I assume that will help with furballs?

Sorry to hear about Alice. Mark my vet suggested adding a bit of all bran (crushed) or weetabix to Dragan's food to help him with fibre,

Thanks Pav but she had the same bleeding with cat grass so I think her lower intestine must be sensitive and that is causing her to bleed. I did mention it to the vet the last time but he didn't seem concerned. I was wondering about giving her dome high-fibre food. The only problem is she doesn't eat much dry food and I don't know of a high fibre wet food. She barely ate yesterday so must have been uncomfortable - it don't want to hurt her. I googled the last time and a couple of sites said grass does make some cats bleed.

It was just regular garden grass. Kylie eats it every day and she is never sick with it. Alice is due for a check up soon so I will mention it to the vet again. Her belly is still swollen but they can't work out why after doing all kinds of tests. She purrs like crazy and is so affectionate. Her tail is always moving though - it's so frustrating not being able to help her.

Oh dear, how did you give Alice the grass ans what sorta grass.
They cannot digest grass so usually will make them sick and cos of that it brings up furballs,
Shouldnt go through their system like that.
Alice is gorgeous

I stopped giving Alice grass as I thought it made her bleed. I gave her some today to see how she went and there was blood & mucous in her tray - poor baby
I have tried giving her katalax but she gets upset. I wonder what I can give her?
