Hi and welcome to Purrs!  Tan was right.   Some serious catnappers here and I can say Hannah and I are the leaders on that front and we often steal Gillie's little red motor to complete out cat capers!  He he!!

Anyway that aside your mittens are lovely and certainly are deserving of a catnapping!!  Try catch us now Tan!!! Hehe!!!

Konch, I have no idea why Ginger ended up with such an odd name, but we can't think of anything else so Ginger has kind of stuck!  They were named at the rescue centre and even the girl who named her doesn't know where it came from!!!

she is my special little girl though, her extra bits just make her extra special :Luv:

 8)  I got some fantastic new pics last night, so will post them later for you to drool over

I foster for Haworth Cat Rescue, Holly and Claus have been with me for just over a fortnight now, they are making fantastic progress, spending less and less time in the cage but they still prefer not to be handled but tolerate it now at least!!  They already have potential homes waiting when they go back in January so I am trying to get them tame as soon as possible, I actually held Claus the other day and he licked me whilst purring :wow:  i nearly fell over  ;D

Hi Polykitty,
Ooooooh I'm so jealous, all those lovely playfull kittens, he he! sounds like you are going to have a grand time over Chrimbo. I have four cats and one of mine is called Ginger also, love all the other names.
I've only been on this forum for the last couple of months, there are some lovely folks here with excellent advise and support, it is very addictive, the house has gone to wrack and ruin since :evillaugh:
look forward to seeing kitty photo's :Luv:

I am owned by Ginger (polydactyl with one mitten and two five toed back feet!) and her perfectly formed brother Muffin.  The house is also inhabited presently by two semi feral foster kittens.  We are in for a fun xmas!  :evillaugh:

My lovely 7 foot xmas tree has pretty much been destroyed but my kittens are happy and therefore so am I!

Ginger and Muffin were the first two kittens I fostered but we clicked with them immediately and although I did take them back at the end of the fostering period I wanted them back as soon as I got home!  One week on, they have cost me a fortune, taken over and wrecked the house but I will never be parted from them again!

Holly and Claus, my current foster kits, are slowly coming around to tolerating humans they no longer sound like rattlesnakes when you go near them, chicken and Whiskas oh so fishy work so well as bribes!

Anyway, thats enough babble from me, I look forward to lots of fun furry chats xx
