Fantastic video.

This is what my Tilly has.Her motor skills are not the best in the world and to watch her try and play is wonderful.She makes me smile every single day and I wouldn't be without her for all the money in the world  :Luv:

If anything Minimopsical puts the other cats in their place,must admit most cats meeting her for the first time go up like a bristle brush because her body language is all wrong. Minimopsical has been brought up with other cats and very much left to do things for herself which I think has stood her in good stead for showing the others what a bossy boots she is :rofl:
As for disabled cats we once took in a feral who had an accident which resulted in brain damage and she was unable to walk unaided,at the time a fat tabby and a 3 legged tortie went either side of her and used to help her walk until she could do it herself.
I guess in the wild things would be so different, survival of the fittest with brain damaged and disabled being left to die.

Just a question though for resues and people like Teresa who has multipule cats and disabled cats,do you find that the other cats bully or fight with disabled cats like minimopsical or do they seem to understand and help them around the best they can?

We had a partly sighted chow chow (he passed away 2 years ago)he also was born with no knee caps(couldn't bend his front legs) and sometimes on occasion he got stuck and couldn't see himself out of a certain situation and my other chow (cuddles) always barked like mad to tell me he was in a bit of bother and she always followed him as if to look out for him :Luv:

Great little video lets hope it gets the message across because far too many C.H. cats are not given the chance of life. Interestingly I have had 4 of these 2 mild cases rehomed both tabbies and 2 severe cases Minimopsical and Gabrial (Male) both tabby/torties,sadly Gabrial lost his fight at 10 months due to pancreatic problems. Gabrial had a purpose in life, he taught me how best to deal with this condition and for a short time he was Minimopsicals best friend. C.H. cats are highly intelligent,very loving very messy and demanding but I would happily cope with a house full.
