eeerm, more of a comment on the handyman skills of the installer than on the product
Mine is also a staywell, their usual size but otherwise identical.
While the installation took 2.5 hours, that included numerous breaks for tea, food, computer checks, whatever. THREE HOURS - what, were they doing it lefthanded with the other hand tied behind their back and a blindfold on???
I found it quite easy to install, despite using a jigsaw for the first time. It only rattles when the cats are flying through it or Smidgen is trying to break out in the middle of the night - which I consider an advantage as I can monitor their activities ...
