Looks like a really good idea - I would like to check it out before buying, pity that isn't possible. It's a much better idea than buying treats - I'm always a bit wary of all the additives. Just hope it doesn't involve baking....I'm a great cook, but I can't bake to save myself! :-[ :evillaugh:

Oh my God.... I've seen everything now.  Move over Jamie Oliver.  Don't let Gordon Ramsey near our cats though - their delicate ears couldn't cope with his mouth!!

I'm sure they can only be superior to shop bought ones made from fillers, artificial colours etc etc. As they are only treats to be given sparingly, they don't need to be complete so sure they can only be a good thing  ;D

I think the shop ones are usually very high fat which is probably most of the appeal

Probably worth a £5 investment

DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

Personally I wouldn't buy any book that you can't have a look to see what's inside, but the theme interests me, I would very much like to give it a go if I find the recipes reasonable.  I was always wondering what they exactly put in those treats (like Whiskas temptations or Pounce), Oliver loves just about any food but he goes totally mental over these morsels.  Does anyone know the secret?

Awww I like the look of that Mark! Especially the low fat section  :evillaugh:

To think I might not see those eyes, makes it so hard not to cry, and as we say our long goodbyes, I nearly do.

I saw this yesterday when I was shopping. I didn't buy one but might get one next time I am out. You get a little book + a little "cookie cutter" for £4.99. It was sealed in plastic so I couldn't see inside the book
