Dear All at Purrs

Have just visited DaveD and he handed over an envelope with the money raised through the Feline Friends Forum Cat Show Photo Competition. Thank you so much everyone who entered the competition and raised a wonderful £83.00 for the "inmates". It is very much appreciated and all the entries were wonderful, everyone a winner... Also to those on Purrs who made a contribution (including those kind peeps who forgot to enter, you know who I mean

).

No thanks to DaveD at all for scanning the newsclipping though unless you are planning to put it on the fire place to scare the moggies and children away!!

Once more thank you so much, everyone, you are a good lot, but you already knew that!

All our babies are sending you furry headbuts and lots of purrs and cat kisses.

You can't have the actual rosettes (they've got the wrong forum name on them!), but would you like me to send the pics of them, to use in the same way in your next cat show?

No panic, the method for posting pics we use is really easy, but it's so different it may confuse you at first (it did me!), and you need an image hosting account, such as Photobucket. If you prefer you can send them to me and I'll post them.

The rescue we're raising money for featured in the local free newapaper this week, and I've scanned it for you. If you right click and choose "Open Image" you should be able to read it.

Just over a week left! All the money raised will go to the rescue, and all the prizes have been bought separately. (The rosettes were donated.)
Come and help some cats get a forever home, and get a chance to grow big and strong like this!

Absolutely! The only restriction is that you should have permission to post if the photo or cat isn't yours. (Or other animal in the "Other Pets" class.
The only other thing to say is that, just as with the Cat Show here, all the cats will be appreciated, even if they don't win a rosette! They're all
