I don't see a deadine for signatures and it let us sign it today.

The date I saw isn't there anymore so I've signed it BUT it does say hard copies have to be in by May 6th 2008 but it doesn't say anything about on line signatures.  Hope it counts as I'm happy to sign any petitions in the hope that they work towards stopping cruelty of any kind.
