Title: Cardboard Carriers
Post by: Mark on September 28, 2007, 20:02:57 PM
I just saw a poster on the lamp post outside my house for a missing cat. I rang the lady. She took her cat to the vet yesterday and he escaped from the box outside the vet and ran down a side street. She has been doing all the right things to find him. She is so upset but it could have been avoided with a secure carrier  :(

Bless her ... people don't realise how easily a cat on an escape mission can get out of one of these.

Sending lots of positive vibes that this lady will get her baby back.

I haved had the same thing happen to me with a cheap plastic carrier.....searched for cat and luckily he was found hiding not far from the surgery, bearing in mind this was an unneutered tom he must of been scared out of his area  :)

Good Luck for the cat to be found safe  ;)
