Title: chewy dry food
Post by: Mark on May 31, 2007, 23:30:06 PM
Anyone know where I can get chewy "dry food"?

A couple of years ago I used to buy it buy not sure which brand it was - possibly hi-life? Any ideas?

It was kibbles but they were squashy and smelled like brewers yeast

i know the type you mean but havent seen it for ages.  Similar type of dog food (half dry / half moist ) is the likes of frolics etc but cant help with the cat type.

HiLife used to do a semi-moist food, but has been discountinued, they changed it to a completely dry food.

That sounds like the one - It's a shame as it would probably be good for cats with mouth probs.

I think the trxture is similar but the hi-life (I'm sure it was hi-life) was a complete meal, hard but a bit squashy  :evillaugh:

We got some donated only not long ago, several years out of date and we were not brave enough to open them!
