My niece Amy's cat, Neko, was killed in a RTA today :(

She started a new job in the city today and got the call at lunch time. She had to be sent home as she was so upset.

He was only a year old and already had to be caged for 6 weeks when he was young, due to breaking a bone. https://goo.gl/photos/fxaWA4ukzK14XGEh6

Thanks Gill. I never got to meet him. Although Amy is still living at home with my brother and his wife, Niko was Amy's cat.

That's so sad, Mark.  Have received those calls, and a knock at my door three times now in four years and its devastating.  My thoughts go out to your niece.  Rest in peace Neko.

I'm so sorry its such a sad way to for a cat to go, at least if they are sick you feel like you can try and do something
