£2443.77

-
That is truly awesome! :omg:
Thanks to everyone for making it such a fab auction, in more ways than one ;D
-
Un-be-leiv-a-ble :wow: The generosity of both bidders and auctioneers has just gobsmacked me. Purrs people really are the absolute best :)
Even those that lost out and didn't manage to win anything have helped Paws Inn immensly just by bidding as if there were no bidders prices wouldn't have got as high as they did = less money for the Paws Inn cats and kittens so absolutely everyone involved can be very proud of themselves - bidders, winners, losers, auctioneers, companies that kindly donated stuff, auction staff, Sam MME (marketing manager extraordinaire) :gold stars: all round
-
OMG   amazing amout - you can add another £20 to that Thai is going to feed some kitties. she will pay (or I will ) - when I get home tonight.
-
:yesss: :congrats: :yesss: That is wonderful news
-

What a super amount!
Having benefited from the auction last year, I can tell you what a fantastic gift it is. A wonderful amount of money raised with little (for the charity involved!) effort. Fund raising is a hard and time consuming thing for small charities that not only have to struggle with the cats and lack of help there, have to find the extra time for fund raising activities.
T will be very grateful.

OH WOW!!!! Well done everyone! :grouphug:
-
Wow!!! :wow: How brilliant! :Luv:
-
Excellent result :wow: Well done everyone and a big :thanks: to all the people donating items, everyone that put in bids and the auction staff for all your hard work behind the scenes.
I recently messed up an order at the shop and missed an item I wanted as a going away pressie for my baby Asha, it was only a small thing and I emailed Tan who very kindly included it at no extra cost. I wanted to repay the kindness and she suggested I get involved in the auction so this has been my first year of auction madness and I've been amazed by the generosity of Purrs people. Time to start looking for some new items to stock up for next year. I think I've exhausted the fridge magnet theme so I'll start wracking my brain now :evillaugh:

Hope you notice the subtle change in the title :shify: :shify:
Have posted this on the general thread so wont mess around here :innocent:
The 2nd provisional total is
£2600
Is that amazing or what? :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow:
-
Even better! :wow: :wow:
-
Debbie and I realised last night that neither of us had told Rob the auction total and we agreed it might be better done in person because then somebody would be there to catch him as he fell. She was going round after work tonight so if she she saw this before she went I hope she had the smelling salts with her. :evillaugh:
We still can't put into words how grateful, heartened, humbled and downright amazed we are at the total and at the outstanding generosity of Purrs people. Thank you just doesn't seem adequate but its all we can come up with at the moment. Thank you everybody.

Hope Rob isn't sporting a nasty bump on the head :evillaugh:
