Please help cats and kitten at Haworth Cat Rescue by voting for us at the NatWest Community Force award scheme, we could have a chance to win an award of £6000.
If you use the link below, you can go straight to registration on the top right of the page next to log in. Thank you so much for your support.

(Do take the time to look at the videos we have added to our project page. We think you’ll find them interesting.)
Please use the link to our project page and post it on your wall on Facebook/Twitter and please pass on to your friends and family to add their vote. For those with email accounts, please forward to your contacts. £6000 would be a huge boost right now. Running the rescue is very costly with vet bills up to £3000 per month – let alone petrol, van and site insurance, pen heating/lighting etc. We are coming into the autumn/winter months which always sees our bills climb. Animal charities have very few sources of funding to turn to. So you can see what a difference this income would make.
Thank you all so much in advance for your support

Scrap that, realised you have to register (only requires name and email address). Then you just need to click on the activation link in the email they send you before you vote.
Have now voted ;D
I tried to vote and got this error message when I clicked 'Vote for us' (after ticking the 'I accept the T&C's box') :-:

Thank you!
yes it is annoying that you have to register first, makes it all more complicated.
So thanks too for adding to the explanation! :)

It might be worth approaching your local paper and seeing if they will run a 'support your local rescue/charity' type article to get those local votes too.
:luck:

another one to vote for ..a local CP hoping to raise funds for a second hand van, you get 3 votes once registered (dont take long) so can help at least 3 animal rescues of your choice. :thanks:
-
Voted for that one too ;D
-
voted ... and shared on facebook :-) Good luck

;D
I can't believe it. WE ACTUALLY WON AN AWARD  ;D
THANK YOU !!!
Thanks to all of you who voted. We got a call from NatWest saying we had won an award in our region and we were so shocked we forgot to ask how much........£6000 !!!! Although we are almost expecting them to call back and tell us there has been a mistake!
The money will be so useful, as all of you know in rescue how difficult it is to meet day to day costs let alone trying to expand or improve.
Every vote was essential, so thank you so much ;D
