testing , testing, testing......
lol
I think she has a couple of weeks to go but I did see a bit of stuff by her rear end this morning - hoping it was something she picked up from her pen.....
shout if you see anything going on - she's quite mardy and not too keen on other cats so I will keep the pen covered over and spy from afar...... :scared:
-
Is there supposed to be a webcam? :shify:
-
lol!

shes just sleeping at the moment....
-
Is she even smaller than Hazel was?
-
Love the name Angie, I had Nora in mind! Eve is much sweeter.
Hope she settles well with you, my lot are now getting used to the elderly Lab Molly I took in yesterday for foster through rescue. A bit confusing as every time I speak to her Mollie the foster kitten thinks I am referring to her!
Good luck with mid-wife duties.
-
How is Eve doing?
-
Angie Judith and I were out all day yesterday on cat stuff, so Angie might not have had a chance to log on.
From what she said, Eve is doing well and getting bigger by the day. Doesnt sound like she has long to go.
-
the cam is on. Eve is fine. As Nicky said, with work and stuff been busy.
Eve is getting fatter each day though still probably has a week or so. She has been here a week now.

put the cam on, have straighted it through 90 degrees. Eve's still not huge though feels tight today.
She's also a bit restless. Off to work in a moment but will have a sneaky look mid afternoon. Don't think anything is going to happen soon.
-
:-[
now cam is on.
if you watch via the facebook page, by the way, don't seem to get those irritating little adverts.

Cam is on and pointing to mum and her 4 babies, all dry and with full tummies by the time I got in to her.
Mum is being very protective of them, all purrs and padding but as soon as something is moved near her she needs to suss it out. Left her food next to her and she still doesn't want to leave them.
Sorry the light is so poor on the can, it is a dull day unless I faff to set up some lighting which I may do before rushing to work.
For adless

omg is that a dilute torti I see :Luv2:
-
yep, a very grey dilute tortie, a brindle, a black, and a black and white I believe.
bedside light on but still vision not brilliant. Eve decided to move the blue coner off the bed and has opted to have them on the dark brown cover, which doesn't help.
and i see i was wrong about facebook being ad free - oh well, you have to pay for all this wonderful technology somehow.
-
Congrats to Eve and Angie. What lovely babies.
One down, one to go!
-
can't believe yours hasn't followed suit Nicky!
web cam up again. Eve plus 4 seem fine this morning. Eve not eaten much overnight, I thinks its the stress of the other cats in the room with her, even thogh she is in a covered up pen.
She has eaten a little this morning but needless to say I will be keeping an eye on her..
-
well everyone cleaned, fed and watered (for the moment). Web cam on. Litter tray stack washed and disinfected and its not even 9-30.
-
well done Angie was just searching for this thread to see how my little torti was doing!
-
sleeping, sucking or sh**ing is my guess....
-
mum and babes all doing well....
-
sorry, cam is on now.
I'm having a bad morning!
-
One very happy contented mum there :Luv2: :Luv2: :Luv2:

-
Can we suggest two of our late great torties Gypsy and Gem and for the boys our first tuxedo boys put forward Max and Merlin
Gorgeous by the way
-
Going with the "E" theme, how about Eric and Ernie for the boys.
As you can see, my ability to name kittens remains "interesting"
Well done to all, they look fab.
-
still not decided on names. They are now 17 days old
again can be seen http://www.facebook.com/CoventryCatGroup
(can't have Nicky and Nina stealing all the cuteness can we!)

now 18 days old and wobbling their way around. Eve is trying to interest them in food but they are having none of it. Starting to bat each other a bit.
-
They've grown so much since I last watched them. They were wiggling all over their Mummy. :Luv:
What about biblical names base around Eve?
Nicky
-
I've decided to put the kittens on Ebay.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130573232592#ht_500wt_937
-
What a clever idea! ;D
-
They are now becoimng a bit more adventurous - one was spotted outside of the bed today, though I gess he could have been pushed out.
The two girls are quite boisterous - especially so the brindle - shes quite often on top of one of the boys biting thier faces off (or perhaps sucking - haven't checked for teeth) ;D
-
I so want those two tortis!!
-
make the most of it while you can chaps. If all goes to plan tomorrow this family will be going to another fosterer in exhange for her 3 older kittens.....
Hazel has been to the vets today as her spay scar was looking nasty. She had a shot of AB's and metacam. I'm hoping that the vomiting bug they have had is well and truely passed as the 3 kittens will be mixing in with them tomorrow.
Homes continue to be elusive, we had a good weekend about a month ago and nothing since.
-
I hope the gorgeous Hazel will be ok. Sorry to hear rehoming is still slow.
-
Hazel and Monkey will shortly be on their way to their new home.
This is why I am dithering around with a pile of litter trays waiting to be cleaned and little kittens needing fuss.
I shall be taking them over to Shirley (a place in Brum!) in the next 30 mins. Very happy that 2 are going together but feel guilty about breaking such a close family up, poor little Mac is going to be calling all over for mum this evening.
Just debating if to move kittens downstairs...... poor Mog, Juliet and Portia have not taken to having to share their bedtoom with them - even though the kittens are penned (and its only been a few days).
Mog was crying all last night and kept OH awake.
-
Hope everything goes well
