I don't know exactly what's happened with this boy, but I do know that BCIC had to let him go and felt his passing should be noted.

how awful to have passed without his forever home being found, but i know he was loved at the end and now he is at peace. sleep well little man x

It is sad. He was apparently a lovely, but very nervous boy and he never had that special home prepared to put the time in to bring him out of his shell. Poor wee lad.
