Title: Anyone know the name of the site that lists vet specialists/consultants?

I know I saw it a while ago. You search by a condition and it tells you the nearest specialist and or surgeon for referrals. I'm sure vets have contacts but I want to be sure I know the options.

Not wanting to tempt fate but want to have the info to hand.
