Title: Help to restore Spay/Neuter Funding In Los Angeles

For two decades, Los Angeles has led a progressive public-private partnership to care for its cats, but a single court ruling has stopped that progress in its tracks. Sign on to our open letter asking Los Angeles to restore spay/neuter funding, go back to promoting Trap-Neuter-Return, and realign with its 20 year history of humane cat care.
