I haven't been posting on your threads much this last couple of days. Am trying to stay off the computer for a while as am having problems with my neck and arms. Will try and get through all the threads but just want you all to know that I am still thinking about everyone and their lovely cats :)

On the basis of 'do as I say, not as I do', have you had your poor neck looked at by an expert of some sort?

Sorry to be an H&S bore. Used to be part of my job. Are you sitting at the correct height for your computer and at the right angle/distance to the screen? Sounds silly but makes an awful lot of difference.
I HATE HEALTH AND SAFETY, but occasionaly they do get summatt right.

I suffer with RSi very badly in my left arm and shoulder area and currently have a frozen shoulder to boot but get Diclofenic tablets off the Doc and I don't usually take them all the time - I have a thing about taking too many pills - I used to take 24 a day but these are wonderful - shoulder is much better and so are hands - note to self take them its only 3 a day.
Its worth getting all the right kit for the Pc our home offices are better equipped than my new job office but it makes all the difference - chair, foot rest - mine was made by a Joiner from one of my construction sites many moons ago, gel keyboard pad rest and mouse rest also splints can help as they retrain the hands - metal won't bend!
Apart from that hope you are feeling better so you can come back to Purrs quicker

Thanks for all your good wishes. I have to get the results from the chiropractitioner who was very thorough. However, after he had poked and prodded me and I was given a pain threshold test my arms and neck have been worse!!!! I so want to respond to everyone's threads etc but am doing my best to keep off the computer as it does ease things. Please know I am thinking about you and hope all your fur babies are ok too :)

You get yourself right and hope the results aren't too bad and he can help it for you xx
