On the bright side another one safe with you

On the darkside its probably cold and she won't oblige - typical lady

Can we call her Gem in honour of our late rescue girls only 4 months and 4 days but what a lot of memories

Thats the quickest rescue on record, shes a beautiful Tabby/tortie though difficult to tell in poor light, most def pregnant. The people who have been feeding her have already named her Tinkerbelle and will take her back in approx 3 months when spayed, so Liz I promise we will call one of the little ones Gem after your beautiful girl.
Will try for pics tomorrow in daylight and when she is a little more settled.

Aww, fingers crossed everything goes well with this little one, and I am glad she will have somewhere to go back to.
Title: Re: Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr well not really

The Grrrrrrrrrrs have been at me today, dont think Tinkerbelle likes me but she seems to love OH. Am hoping she has another week or two before babies are born to give her time to settle but she does seem to be carrying them fairly low.

Modified to add  "Doesnt she look like Minimopsical "

Well, she looks like a feisty little one to me  ;)  If I were a betting woman, I'd bet that Tinkerbelle is going to be OK  ;)

A lovely patched tabby who certainly is carrying the kittens low, she doesn't look very pregnant in the second picture!!

Well Tinkerbelle decided to produce her babies in the early hours of this morning and on top of the 4foot high scratching post. Going to have fun moving them, we are hoping she will choose to do it herself. Mum has eaten a hearty breakfast and all seem fine.
She has 2 little beauties who we havent sexed yet but they have been named Gem and Jem in honour of Liz`s bridge baby Gem.

Aww, congrats. Hope both babies and mum do well, and that she moves them of her own accord. Does it seem like she is only going to have the two?

Tinkerbelle got to the Inn just in time it seems.

She is only having the 2, have told her straight enough is enough

Just sorted a nice secure box for her and am hoping she will chose to move as if we move babies it will stress her because we will have to remove the scratching post to stop her returning to it. Isnt life straight forward.

T Thanks for the honour the Mum and babes look wonderful and worth the night out I hope! ;D

Thanks for naming the due Gem and Jem - our Gem used to purr really loudly when we said Gemgem  near the end so its somewhat fitting

Just had a little peep and Gem and Jem are both little boys.
Tinkerbelle has decided that she feels happier in the top of scratching post ,so Claire and I have just padded the floor just in case, think it would cause more problems to force a move at this stage.
Perhaps Gem and Jem will grow to be "High Flyers"

AWWWW bless them - and Bless Minimop lookalike, Tinkerbelle is such a sweet looking girl - thank heaven you got her when you did - perish the thought of those babes being born outside - it's too cold for me let alone new born babes.

A Tabby and a Ginger that's a quadrupel  :Luv: :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:  Each   :Luv: :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:  :)

Had to post these pics of Gem and Jem , got home today and couldnt believe how big these little ones are, they seem to have thrived in Uncle Robs care with help from their mum Tinkerbelle.

Thought you might like to see some updated pictures of Jem and Gem and Tinkerbelle.

The two kittens are 9 weeks old today and are GORGEOUS!!!  I have been out playing with them this morning and giving them their daily comb - as you can see they have grown some SERIOUS fur!!!

These are the two kittens named in honour of Liz's bridge baby Gem.

Enjoy!!!

Wow, they're stunning. They could have very lucrative careers as models for birthday cards! ;) Tinkerbelle is a sweetie, too.

T they are both stunning, the ginger looks like our Gems brother Brodie and the tabby could pass for Boston our longhaired tabby feral

Am so glad we are to far away otherwise I would be doing some catnapping!!!!
