We had a cat on our list of cats waiting to come in as the owner was going to be evicted next week. We are full to bursting so arrangements were made yesterday for us to place the little one in a cattery until we had a pen. Sadly I have just received a call from the owner that the cat had tried to jump through a window and sadly its collar has caught and the cat has hung itself.

OMG that's awful poor little puss.
Of course this does highlight the importance of QUICK RELEASE SAFETY COLLARS

Unfortunately Sam some of the cats that have died or been horrendously injured have has some makes of quick release collars on.

I am sure it was the truth. I have spoken to the owner a few times over the last week or so and I could tell when he phoned me he almost in tears.
