Hi
Have been trying to get hold of our member who makes these woinderful toys for us for a while now but have had no replies. I am a bit worried as it's not like her at all. :scared: I hope she is ok. :Luv:
I have temporarily taken the toys off the shop so to not build up orders that are waiting delivery. I hope they will be back on as soon as poss as they are such great toys :)
With the orders already waiting delivery of the fish or bone, i am still unable to give you a time when we can dispatch the toys to you and would like to offer a refund or a credit against another shop item. If you are waiting for a bone or a fish to arrive and would like either a refund or a the money off another item, please contact me.
I really hope we can continue to offer these great toys and that our member is ok.
Tan
:Luv:

I dont remember her being around since Christmas, I hope she OK

Was it not alex who went home around xmas to visit her family ?
I have thought that it might be a nice idea for some of us to contribute to her supplys ie few balls of wool etc , i'd be more than happy to do that if she is still keen to make them.
Hopefully she'll be in touch if nothing more to let us know she's ok and give us much needed pics of monkey and poppy :)

Thats a good idea Lynn cos sure I have some lurkin about.......................yes millions of years ago I occasionally got the clatter sticks out
Also one ball of wool shouldnt cost that much to buy and post to her ;D

Thats what i thought gill (altho i have no idea where i'd actually buy wool from :evillaugh: ) but i should imagine a ball would make quite a few fishies and since alex puts in the hard graft its maybe a good idea we supply some of the stuff needed.
alternitively i could learn how to make my own but that aint ever gonna happen

Excellent :)
I have been in contact with Alex in mid Jan and did worry that she was being overwelmed with the extra time needed to make the Purrs toys which she does for free bless her. :Luv:
I am more concerned that she is ok as not heard from her since. :scared:

We have a craft place up the road that sells wool, dont know how the price is concerned to Dunelm which I pass every Friday when I go to the art group.
-
has anyone got her on facebook / bebo etc and if so has she been logged in lately, yes tan i'm worried too :scared: She sometimes dissapears for a wee bit but often has peeps in at threads etc and does the occasional post.
Hope both the puddys are ok too.

I will see if my friend (who bred Poppy) could give her a ring to check she's ok as I'm worried as well.

Have refunded or replaced items to peeps who ordered the bones and fish on the shop.
