Payment

Retail and UK trade customers prices displayed include UK Vat at 20%.  International Trade customers logged in to your account, prices displayed are at zero 0% vat. 

PAYMENT
Full payment is taken at the time of the order.  All prices are shown in UK Sterling.

When checking out, you will be given the option to select one of four payment methods. We accept:-

• UK and International Credit / Debit cards (Not American Express cards) via secure Nochex processing agent.
• Paypal account or UK and International Debit/Credit cards via secure paypal processing agent (you do not need a paypal account  for debit /credit cards payments made via Paypal).
• UK and International Bank Transfers.
• Purrs Gift Vouchers.

Nochex - For UK and International Credit, Debit card payments, you will be redirected to the Secure Nochex website to enter your card details and process the payment. You will receive notice of your order by email from Purrs and also a payment notice by email from Nochex. Please note - Nochex transactions will appear on your statements as "Nochex Ltd ". This service does not allow American Express cards, please use the PayPal option to pay by American Express card.

Paypal- To pay with your Paypal account or with a UK / International debit / credit card via paypal, you will be redirected to the Secure Paypal website. Please log on to your account or follow on screen prompts to process debit /credit card payment. You will receive notice of your order by email from Purrs and also a payment notice by email from paypal which includes the payment ID transaction number.

International Card Payments via Nochex & Paypal  -   If your transaction involves a currency conversion, the currency conversion rate will be displayed on the Nochex or Paypal payment site. Processed using the retail currency exchange rate at the time of your payment.

We do not store/receive any Debit / Credit card details, all Card transactions are processed through separate secure Nochex or Paypal payments agents.

Bank Transfer - UK and International details to send a Bank Transfer to are displayed on checkout. Goods will be dispatched once the bank transfer is received. For International Bank transfers, please check with your Bank for any fees and/or International currency conversion rates. Using a popular, secure company called Wise is an excellent and cheaper way of sending monies abroad.

Purrs Gift Vouchers / Coupon Codes - Please firstly register for an account or log on to your account to use a gift voucher / coupon / discount code. These codes cannot be used with a guest checkout.
