They were actually quite tame in that vid, normally, I race around with da birdy so it's much more manic with lots of wall crashing, carpet burning fun

I had to stay still and just wave it around as I had the phone resting on the cat tree and didn't want to block the view with my ample body

When one of them 'catches' it it's really hard to make them let go, Lukey caught it and Riley came to nick it from him and you should have heard the growl that came out of my soppy baby boy. A few mins later Riley had caught it and gave the same lionish growl when Lukey came near him

lokks like theuy are landing on the wall and then taking off again.

My bidy arrived today and I took it out in the garden. Great big Misa was doing the same as yours, all 4 paws off the ground and fur and tail flying. Miss Sasa, well she killed it so many times and did manage to get 2 paws off the ground, 4 , well thats not Sasas thing

She did a lot of running around which i an sure was very good for her, as did Misa.

They loved da birdy but its already looking sad after one outing

off topic abit now but
about4 years ago my grandparents got me an ornament with 2 furry cats curled together, one white and tortie, one ginger. its from some tiny shop in switzerland, they thought id love it and couldnt understand the look of absoloute horror on my face- i couldnt even bring myself to touch it- i tested it and it singes. my grandma choose it and shes old and senile and usually ignores me at christmas/birthdays etc cos i left home so i couldnt make a fuss, had to thank her

Because I couldnt see to connect the two poles and played with just the little rod,guess I spend too many pennies on cats and not enough on glasses

I normally do a paypal button for payments but as the da birds are part of shop, the shop will have the buttons in it. Must get shop fini very soon, i almost there.

Yeahhh sure do Mark, we already have replacement feathers in stock here at Purrs depot

Have 10 in at mo and 30 on way. They come in diff colours so they look a bit diff from the one they have been playing with or knawed to bits lol The other accessories will be in stock when 3rd batch comes in end of next weekish. Will be doing a accessory pack as well as selling the accessories individually.

As Helen says what's diff about da Bird is the way the feathers are strong and placed together with the swivel attchement on the pole so they actually sound like a bird in flight

What I want/need to know is, although so far, it is standing up to a good battering, will the purrs shop stock replacement feathers. I guess they last a whil as their claws seem to slip through the feathers, but EVERYTHING has a limited lifespan when cats are around

It sounds very similar to one of their existing toys (but I need lots of similar toys to maintain Mosi's interest). When Mosi chases that he does amazing somersaults chasing it. Unfortunately he often lands on me which can be quite painful if he's not had his claws trimmed recently.

I'm glad Lucas and Riley are having fun with theirs!

Oh my word.... Da Bird

The boys have just gone MENTAL for this, it's hilarious to wtch them. They have done some jumps and backflips today that an olympic athlete would be proud of in an attempt to get 'da bird'. They are currently frantically searching the house to see where I've hidden it as I'm typing this

When it was described as being like a real bird in flight I thought, yeah right - it'll be fun as it's feathers on a pole but was surprised as it really does fly like a bird! Will try and get some pics or maybe even a video of da bird v da boys

Lukey and Riley have been bouncing off walls, crashing into windows, landing on each other - all in a desperate bid to catch 'da bird'

Got mine this morning and Willow is very impressed with it

She has worn me out and keeps sitting beside it to make me play again. She prefers it to the panic mouse as she is well aware that its interactive

I even had guests playing with it/her at breakfast. Kylie had a good go as well but she is a lazy player as she always rolls on her back and just bats it when it comes near

I'm sure it will be favourite toy - I think they like the way the feathers spin as it goes through the air - also that it has a long rod and string
